Starting 24th of February around 11am CET. I really enjoyed degen gaming during Subathon and I want to do more of that, using extra time made available through that to play more Next Fest demos while still progressing games that I’m playing through proper like Might & Magic 8, Avowed and KCD 1, night reading sessions with Citizen Sleeper (+ Pathologic and Hylics in the waitlist). Some community games too for sure!
Will be on Twitch Front Page on Tuesday 25.2, which is also really nice, would appreciate tuning in for extra hype factor!
Difference from Subathon is that there’s no timer and no need to extend it with subs/donos etc. I will just be live until 3rd of March, which is my Streaming Anniversary (already 7 years, damn) and if some coin will drop in my tip jar will do actual 36 hours stream with no sleep breaks for the anniversary and keep Hobothon going until at least 5th of March.
Incentives
86$ | Ninja Tutels Uzbek Pizza (if it will be in stock, otherwise some other local stuff) |
172$ | IRL stream Tashkent grocery store |
258$ | IRL going to local desserts place |
344$ | IRL from local fast food chains |
430$ | IRL stream from Center of Pilaf |
516$ | IRL stream from Uyghur/Dungan cafe |
602$ | IRL from biggest bazar in Central Asia |
If it will go higher than that | IRL from Zoo |
Most incentives I will do already after Hobothon most likely, just because it will be faster and easier to set up things without taking time on stream, Pizza during Hobothon though.
For 36 hours stream on 3rd of March I would set the sub goal, because I’m around 50 subs away from another emote slot and if it might be possible to hit that before the end of the month when all the gifties from Subathon will start expiring.
Obviously incentives would be nice to hit, because extra money in my financial safety belt and travel budgets brings a bit of stability feeling in these Pepega times, but regardless of amounts raised I will do a full week of degen streaming.
Night streams will happen on first night and probably second night on main channel, like during Subathon, then I most likely will be moving night streams to alt channel on YT or maybe my bot channel on Twitch just for video feed, chat commands and alerts will be from my main channel chat. Night bit of Subathon was tanking my average viewer number hard, so doing it the whole week might lead to me dipping below 50 average and that would be a lot of review keys/sponsorships that are already rare to become even more rare. Saw some streamers already using this 5Head method, so I think that should be fine to do it that way.
