Thought this will be a chill week and I will be able to post some more on the blog, but plans said “no” and changed basically without my consent. Still was a good week with a lot of stuff going on, streaming-wise and IRL, but not a lot of time for some blog posting.
Well Monday I wrote my planning post in the evening already, so it already had that whole day captured – long stream with Stars Reach, Tropico 6, Endless Legend 2 preview of 1.0, trying Cloudscrapers and co-streaming tinyBuild connect showcase in the evening.
Tuesday had more Stars Reach, Tropico 6, EL2 and Orc Incremental first look.
Wednesday started according to plans – day off, went to get my new international passport for travels, visited grandma and mom, but hanging out with friends got moved to Saturday, so I just went home and day was semi-wasted.
Thursday I ended up streaming, because hanging out with friends was moved to Saturday and my dad apparently planned to go to the summer house to close it for winter and I was going too. Problem is I learned about those plans only on Wednesday and I couldn’t go for the weekend, because I already planned to hang out with friends, so we found an option that works for both of us. Streamed more Endless Legend 2 right before it released in 1.0 successfully and played The Guild 1 Remake right before it released in Early Access. Great games btw, totally recommend both! Got to co-stream Xbox Showcase from TGS, so I guess moving day offs wasn’t a bad thing.
Friday had my regular First Look segment taken over by World of Warcraft: Forever. First time playing WoW for me except for like a month of private server experience in 2006 that I don’t even count since it was long ago and very broken. Loving it so far and putting even more time in now, even though it’s just beta. Finished the stream my usual time and started packing, dad arrived after work to pick me up and we went to the summer house, got some beer and BBQ pretty late in the evening.
Saturday started with sorting out summer house stuff – chainsaw action with some trees, trimming some other vegetation, collecting some apples and draining all the water everywhere so it doesn’t freeze and explode pipes in winter. Closing the house and the season until spring then going to my friend’s new place to drink some beer and returning home at 1am.
Sunday running on sleep deficit, since I arrived late and needed a shower, went to bed around 2am, but needed some time in the morning to prepare my notes for the gaming news recap. Muscles after all the axe and chainsaw swinging are in pain, mild hangover – perfect day, but actually was good, hard to ruin Sunday stream with some comfy gameplay and gaming news. Got even some extra World of Warcraft after Our Games Show, while waiting to co-stream PC Gaming Show TGS edition, I’m their official co-streamer, so need to do it on main, not on Kick.
Big sleep awaits this night and I need to start doing some final prep for travels, next week I’ll need to buy flights if everything is going well and hopefully depart before month’s end or very early October. I’d rather be all settled in Armenia to grind AION 2, prepare my Next Fest Showcase video and go crazy grind mode.
Schedule for next week tomorrow as usual, hopefully no more surprises already, just one more hanging out session with friends before I leave until spring.
